What to do if you have a Workers Compensation Claim:
- Please call our office as soon as you are aware of the injury to the employee so that our claim department can phone the claim into the insurance carrier.
- If emergency treatment is required, direct the injured employee to the local hospital or physician depending upon the injury.
- If the injury was due to a faulty or defective product or machinery, please retain the item so the insurance company can inspect the item.
- If there is light duty available while the injured employee is recovering, please offer the light duty to the employee.
