HOMEOWNERS for owner occupied primary residences
HOME INSURANCE: The home may be a single family owner occupied dwelling (home), condo or townhome. This program may provide dwelling fire coverage, contents - personal property, loss of use, separate structures such as a detached garage or shed, premise medical and premise liability insurance. Additional coverage are available for jewelry, guns, stamp collections, china, picture or paintings and much more.
MOBILE HOME INSURANCE: The home must be a single family mobilehome owner, tenant or seasonal occupied. The mobilehome may be located on private property or in a mobilehome park.
RENTER INSURANCE; CONTENTS INSURANCE: The dwelling must be tenant occupied. This program provides coverage for your contents and personal property while you are renting an apartment, condo, house or mobilehome.
DWELLING INSURANCE
DWELLING INSURANCE: The home may be a 1 to 4 family owner (secondary) or tenant occupied dwelling (home), condo or townhome. This program may provide dwelling fire coverage, contents - personal property, loss of use, separate structures such as a detached garage or shed, premise medical and premise liability insurance.
CONDOMINIUMS
CONDOMINIUMS (2 - 4 Units): A building titled in the name of a condominium association. The condo master policy may provide dwelling fire coverage, separate structures such as a detached garage or shed, premise medical and premise liability insurance. Coverage follows the requirements outlined in the master deed. Unit owners should be clear on the items that may or may not be part of the master policy. Some building items such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, carpeting, or sheetrock, may be the unit owner's responsibility in the event of a loss. Contents - personal property, building items (additions & alteration), loss of use/rents, & personal/premise liability insurance should be acquired by each unit owner of the association in the form of home or dwelling insurance - Condominium Unit Owners policy.
FLOOD INSURANCE
FLOOD: Personal, Commercial, Tenant and Owner occupied property are eligible under the flood program. This program provides coverage under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968. All quotations are estimated until we can verify the elevation (elevation certificate) and conduct a physical inspection for obstructions or un-vented enclosures. Buildings built prior to 1974 may be written without an elevation certificate, however, certificates may help to reduce the premium.
